- Pick up your mail and newspapers

- You can have shipment sent to yourself in care of us and we will deliver it to your home.

Weekly, Bi-Monthly or Monthly
- Complete exterior inspection:
- Damage from storms, infrastructure malfunction and vandalism.
- Yard and common areas well maintained
- Mail, news papers, advertising flyer and package delivers
- Pool and lanai safety and security
- Exterior lighting functioning.
- Complete interior inspection:
- Alarm System
- Check all doors and windows
- Leaks at fixtures and all wet areas of the premises
- Flush toilets and inspect plumbing
- Circuit breakers
- Air temperature and air quality
- Humidistat settings and function
- Hot water heater
- All kitchen appliances
- Smoke detectors
- Lighting
- Roof leaks
- Pest and insect infestation
- Monitor water and electric meter
- Start autos/check golf car

Our Follow Up
Upon completion of our inspection of your home we will email you a report of our findings within in 24 hours. We will also send photos of any problems we may find for your review.
If there is an emergency or serious situation we will call you immediately from your home and/or notify the proper personnel to remedy the problem.
